"Success is a choice" - Rick Pitino
Like all great coaches, Edwin Quijada is focused on the fundamental elements of success. Whether it's in business or in life, Edwin understands how beliefs and perspective shape the life you live and the actions you take.
And his counter-intuitive approach to success is just the thing that exposes your hidden strengths. With a bit of elbow-grease, reflective-honesty, and an open mind, Edwin knows every client can unlock a well of personal strengths that brings them closer to their goals. And his job along the way is to moderate your efforts and challenge you to take action with a playful, open mind.
So, yes... it takes work; anything worthwhile does. But fearless coaches like Edwin keep you on the path by continuously rearranging your perspective and helping you build a plan.
Having a coach by your side enriches the work and helps you focus so you can build the best future for yourself.

Who is your role model? Why?
My mom gave everything for her family and did what she had to do to support and provide for my brother and my sister. Never complained, never allowed anything to deter her from what she wanted for us. She showed us about work ethics by not just working hard, but working even when she didn't feel like working, or working when she was too sick to work, and always doing her very best.
What message would you like to share with the world?
The power of our freedom to choose, everything we do is based on choices. I have always believed that success is a matter of choices, just like life. I have heard before that the only true freedom each of us have in life is the freedom to choose, and that once we choose we become servants of our choices.
The truth of the matter is that, once we make a choice, we turn a part of us into something a little different from what it was before!
I have never met a person that intentionally took the wrong path. Each of us aspire to become something more, maybe something bigger, but the secret to achieve that is based on the choices we make. Our failures, successes, results, dreams -- but more importantly whom we become -- all of that is based on the choices we make...
So we must choose wisely.
